I came a few months ago with my Aunt and cousin! I loved it here! It was a great experience and I can't wait to come again!

Peggy I was at your tea room today with a friend, and we both loved it. the tea was wonderful the food was good, its a beautiful place, and we willl be back again.

I love going to Roses for my tea. It is a beautiful place and her scones and soup are incredible. Such a wonderful experience.

Tea Roses is the most charming, welcoming place and Peggi, the owner is so friendly I feel like I have a new friend! Then...the tea and the food...OMG is all I can say! EVERYTHING is homemade and delicious and obviously prepared with the greatest of care. I HIGHLY recommend this and I cannot wait to go again! Oh, and the BEST scones I have ever had in my life! My 84 year old mother who's eaten them in England and Ireland agrees with me. The lemon curd and double-cream is so good you'll want to eat them with a spoon!

Tea Roses ... the tea, the food, the wonderful hospitality, and the gift shop ... all are beautiful and enjoyable. A friend and I spent about 3 hours there, enjoying lunch in a relaxing tea room, trying teas and of course visiting the gift area. It was such a peaceful experience and I left with the feeling I had been on a mini retreat! I strongly recommend a visit, and from there you will most likely want to return and introduce Tea Roses Tea Room to a friend over lunch.

Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon with my mom and "sisters" last weekend. The sandwiches were unique and tasty, the scones to die for (do you share the recipe!!?) and desserts scrumptious! I had fun trying out TeeChino! :) Want to come back again soon!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at Tea Roses this past Saturday. The shop as well as the tea room are "top notch". We've been to many tea rooms, and your's is the best we have been to. Beautifully decorated, lovely choices and tasteful selections for tea. We will go back again. My two daughters and I visited your tea room on Saturday, March 19, 2011. It was a special treat for them, working so hard in school and a treat for me! It was so relaxing and quant and the way you asked us if we didn't care for our tea cup we could trade it for a new one was absolutely wonderful. My Mom is coming to visit in May and I cannot wait to bring her to show her your lovely tea room. Thank you again, we are so glad your right in Cromwell!

Peggi! what a wonderful afternoon my mom, sisiter Paula and I spent with you in your beautiful shop. You took the time to educate us about tea, be sure we were more than satisfied and custmized our experience. Everything was perfect! The afternoon tea menu was delicious and as cooks ourselves, the quality and made-from-scratch finger foods left us full and more than satisfied. Your wonderful tea room Peggi is almost a "magical" place; yesterday when I was there, had a delicious tea of blueberry and green tea mix..the color of pink in the beautiful tea cup was so pretty that I just looked at it for a while..when I drank it, it was so soothing and fragrant..then, I browsed your books and found one--one I had heard about and hadn't read yet--next, I needed a card for a friend, and, found the perfect one there too! 9/23/2010 We read an article in the Hartford Courant,and decided,being tea junkies,that we must go and have a spot of tea.9/24/2010 We showed up outside the door at 3:00 p.m.,our appointed time. We then entered through the front door,into a dimension of sight and sound AND (guess what) tea! a wondrous place,whose boundries are that of high tea,a place where you do not feel rushed, plus a friendly and gracious host,peggi.Needless to say,we had a grand time and we shall indeed return!!!

Peggi - We thoroughly enjoyed spending part of our vacation having afternoon tea at Tea Roses. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and we felt very pampered. May God continue to bless you and your wonderful tea room!
